Along with Salesforce implementation experience, they need to have put together training materials and provided trainer or end user training out in the field therefore have excellent communication skills. There is a travel component to the role as well, 4 weeks at a time during implementation periods.This is a Sr. BA role that is CRM focused and that has prior CRM implementation experience. The implementation period can be a year, however, they have a travel schedule for the implementations in the various regions throughout the organization. The travel is 4 weeks at a time during the implementations. The SR. BA needs to have some training experience on the use of the software.
To qualify, you will need a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in MIS or Business Administration, and about 5 years of comparable experience in project leadership and CRM business process systems implementation. Outstanding documentation and customer relationship skills are essential, as is the ability to handle frequent travel. The right Analyst also enjoys meeting and speaking with new people, at all levels of the organization, on a regular basis.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
