Business Analyst
Our client in Red Bank is seeking a long term Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Responsible for the analysis and research of specific business functions with the ability to create effective solutions.
-Prepare status and management reporting as required.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5yrs experience as a Business Analyst- preferably on Web-based projects
- Minimum 2 years team lead experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong background in Business requirements/agile story writing
- Understanding of both waterfall and agile development
- Considerable understanding of basic SDLC
- Be able to facilitate a meeting of 10 or more people.
- Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and solutioning skills
Rate based on experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
