-Demonstrating a collaborative style, you'll contribute in the discovery, design, testing, instruction and ongoing improvement of enterprise-wide standard business applications (utilized by our salesforce and business units).
-Various support, maintenance and project-related duties are involved, which entail mapping, flow charts, and complex problem solving.
Experience and education:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in MIS or Business Administration, and about 5 years of comparable experience in project leadership and CRM business process systems implementation.
-Outstanding documentation and customer relationship skills are essential, as is the ability to handle frequent travel.
-The right Analyst also enjoys meeting and speaking with new people, at all levels of the organization, on a regular basis.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
