One of New Jersey's most respected and fastest growing credit unions, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking a dynamic, motivated residential mortgage officer to develop business in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties. The ideal candidate would have at least two years' experience in residential mortgage lending, knowledge of credit and residential lending, including working knowledge of all agency guidelines including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,Non Conforming, FHA/VA and other investors, all regulations and a strong motivation to develop business and contacts in the area. Here's a brief summary of the position:
Under the direction of the Outside Mortgage Sales-Team Lead, establish and
develop effective outside business relationships with but not limited to real estate
agents, attorneys, title companies and accountants in assigned territory to
source first mortgage transactions and to utilize the Credit Union as their mortgage
lending partner. This is accomplished by providing professional value to the
outside sources of business and their referrals in choosing and managing
products and services that will ensure the credit union's business success.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
