As the Scrum Master, you will manage daily scrums across several projects and ensure the smooth running of the projects. You will help to define the agile methods of delivery and continue to improve the process to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all projects.
Working with existing business partners and delivery vendors the Scrum Master will also be responsible for shaping the way Agile is used on both a project by project basis but also continuing to groom the delivery teams and the business in best practice Agile delivery methods and processes.
Perform related duties as assigned:

Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
Must be able to lead a team to self-organization
Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust
Required Skills
First level scrum master certification (CSM, PSM I)
Experience playing the scrum master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the scrum approach
Preferred Skills
Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous
Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
Previous experience as a team lead
Additional Notes
Some Travel may be required, but minimalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
