We are seeking an individual who is a creative thinker, problem solver, a good multi-tasker, and passionate about creating the best designs for web and print. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a creative field and/or agency environment and will be able to manage multiple projects at different phases simultaneously. The designer will work on web and print projects for both our clients and DefinedLogic.
Essential Criteria:
- Portfolio of professional creative web & print projects (online or PDF)
- Excellent knowledge of UX/UI design for web and digital applications and visual communication principles (typography, layout and composition, color theory, usability, etc)
- Experience using the latest design software and processes, including: Adobe CS/CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc)
- Knowledge of Print Production
- Experience in presentation Design (MS Word, PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Some knowledge of HTML/5 and CSS coding for websites and HTML emails/e-newsletters
- Creative and innovative with the ability to multi-task
- Effective organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
