Required
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
In-depth knowledge of software testing techniques, practices, policies, and procedures
Ability to write manual and automated test scripts
Proven experience working within an Agile process
Strong understanding of web technologies and protocols and proven experience testing web applications
Preferred
Qualifications:
Possession of development skills that can be applied to automated testing (i.e. Selenium)
Performance and stress testing experience
Familiarity with web vulnerability scanners such as Acunetix
Responsibilities:
Guides and manages overall testing approach, methodology, and process
Implements recommendations to improve testing approaches, processes, and procedures
Identifies where automated approaches will improve efficiency of the testing effort and works to obtain skills needed
Manages, schedules, and coordinates multiple QA resources across multiple projects
Coaches others on testing approaches and techniques and ensures consistent practices amongst all QA resources
Collaborates with business and development team throughout entire development process to ensure software deliverables meet expectations
Responsible for creating test plans and executing manual and automated tests for one or more projectsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
