The Digital Marketing Strategist will collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, create and deliver digital-based customized solutions for our clients that meet their business and brand objectives. The role requires a progressive thinker who can connect digital to other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Strategist creates solutions for how brands effectively engage audiences through digital experiences and how digital interactions fit into broader customer acquisition and retention lifecycles.
This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies and their competitive landscape with a background in digital marketing to deliver effective business recommendations. Fueled by customer insights, analysis and other research, they help drive towards solutions that balance target audience needs with the realities of business and budgets. This person
helps drive the company's Digital Brand Engagement projects, including research, scope development, creative briefing and job execution. He or she is also responsible for client contact, organizing information shared by and with the client and ensuring company standards are followed.
Digital Marketing Strategists have a passion for discovering emerging technologies and digital innovations for brand engagement. They serve a vital role in promoting the integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of all work to the client. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working on multiple accounts at the same time.
This is a full-time position in our Red Bank, NJ, office.

Responsibilities:
o Develops a strong understanding of clients' business, brand and marketing objectives
o Develops unique strategies and digital solutions to meet/exceed objectives
o Develops a total understanding of online target audience and personas and customer journeys
o Conducts research to develop insights into consumer behavior, emotional context and key motivations
o Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' brand strategies and target audience motivations within an emotional context for engagement
o Provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile experiences, social campaigns and other digital engagement ideas.
o Builds KPIs and measurement capabilities into projects to meet performance tracking needs
o Executes projects with high quality, on time and on budget
o Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met
o Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget
o Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation and execution
o Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions and advising of delivery delays
o Writes communications briefs ensuring that creative and brand are effectively aligned
o Writes and transmits conference reports to clients and agency teams
o Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client review
o Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis based on detailed digital engagement analytics.
Skills/Requirements:
o Three to five years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
o Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
o Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
o Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Analysts and Technical Delivery Specialists
o Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental sales opportunities
o Strong interest in technology and digital marketing
o Experience implementing marketing automation solutions a plus
o Familiarity working with Adobe Creative Suite software a plus
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
