Project Manager
The project manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of project objectives. The project manager accomplishes these objectives by planning and evaluating activities using the best practices of the methodology being utilized to execute the project. As a project manager, you will engage with our internal team and client team members to execute on critical business and technology initiatives. You should bring solid project management experience, excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, and the ability to affect organizational change. Most importantly, our project managers must bring a drive and desire to deliver business value for our customers, all within schedule and budget.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in all phases of a project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience successfully leading and directing project teams
Proven track record in meeting delivery timelines
Expertise facilitating efficient/effective meetings at any stage of the project lifecycle
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and effectively interact with all levels of management
Desired Skills:

Experience managing projects utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to work as a successful team member and project manager with both onsite and remotely located resources
Ability to motivate team members to meet or exceed project delivery schedules
Must be organized and self-motivated, able to successfully drive projects with minimal supervision
Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to navigate the different phases.
Proven ability to successfully remove project roadblocks
Proficient in MS Project and other project management software tools
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Project management certification is preferred but not required
Agile certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for Client
Lead cross-functional teams to successful, on-time delivery of projects
Manage all delivery timelines, project costs and resource allocation and utilization
Prepare/present status and management reports
Track and monitor project scope, risks, issues and action items
Track and manage change controls and associated budget
Create, manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closure

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
