Job Description for Experienced Business Analyst:

Seeking an Experienced Business Analyst for a new company in Red Bank New Jersey. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on Web-based projects.


Requirements for Business Analyst:

? Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on Web-based
projects
? Minimum 7 years in the industry
? Minimum 2 years team lead experience
? Strong background in Business requirements/agile story writing
? Understanding of both waterfall and agile development
? Considerable understanding of basic SDLC
? Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and solution skills

Desired Skills for Business Analyst:
? Be able to handle multiple assignments
? Must be able to lead teams and effectively interact with all levels of management
? Design knowledge a plus
? Proven track record in meeting deadlines
? Proficiency in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
? Experience with change control analysis
? Good understanding of project management methodologies
? Analyst certification is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
? A business analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze,
communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and
information systems.
? The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of
the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its
goals.
? Responsible for the analysis and research of specific business functions with the ability
to create effective solutions.
? Day to Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project
timelines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
