Draft pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions and briefs Perform legal research and draft research memoranda Attend court conferences, hearings and depositions
Qualifications:
Product liability experience preferred Excellent research, writing and organizational skills 2 - 4 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, clerkship).
Admission to the New Jersey Bar with active license; New York license is plus Job Type:
