Our client,a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based out of Red Bank, NJ, is looking for a Tier II Support Engineer who is a solid team player with a minimum of 5 years technical experience with technology implementations.
This is fully on-site, 8:
30am-5:
00pm pay $70k to $90k based on experience.

Proven MSP
Experience:
We're looking for individuals with MSP experience who understand the unique dynamics and challenges of managed services.
Project Design and Implementation Skills:
Your ability to plan and execute IT projects will be an asset to our team.
Top-Notch Customer Service Skills:
Tech-savvy is good, but being able to communicate and empathize with our clients is even better.
Microsoft Mastery:
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations, SharePoint/SharePoint online, and Windows Server (2008-2019) is highly desirable.
Networking Ninja:
Experience with Cisco, SonicWall, Switching, & Routing is a big plus.
Virtualization Virtuoso:
Familiar with VMWare & HyperV is another feather in your cap.
