Behavior technicians are responsible for;Providing direct 1:
1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior AnalysisImplementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBACollecting and graphing data using an online data collection system CentralReach Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment.
Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator compensated at a training rate Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

RequirementsQualificationsExperience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities.
Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related challenges.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
