Qualifications:
Provide support to the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
Must have experience in the Property Management field.
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects Proficient in Word, Excel, and Appfolio.
Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with homeowners at all levels.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Gather bids for multiple maintenance projects, create bid proposal spreadsheets for review Attend to all homeowner's issues Answer Property Management Department telephone calls:
determine priority, resolve issues that can be resolved independently, prepare work orders for issues that the manager may need to resolve, relay messages accurately and delivery in a timely manner.
Assist with board meetings.
Input work orders to APPFOLIO and update as necessary.
Manage a tracking system and calendar for routine maintenance Typing daily correspondence Budgets/Financials Bidding Job Type:
