3K a year Overview Based in Red Bank New Jersey, The Garmany Sales Assistant provides support in many different capacities throughout the store, inclusive of both the men's and women's selling floors.
Back of house functions include, but are not limited to, unpacking/packing shipments, organizing stock rooms, answering phones, etc.
Front of house functions flex between greeter, runner, merchandiser and whatever else the store requires.
The Sales Assistant will maintain a high level of customer service along with ensuring the store is properly organized and the Style Consultants are fully supported.
Responsibilities Welcome and greet all customers Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and overall impeccable store presentations.
This includes the various shoe, denim, and vendor shops where organizing by size/style/color is extremely important Consistently re-stock all products daily to ensure store is ready for business Adhere to all Garmany policies and procedures New customer data entry Manage the monthly Customer Birthday Rewards Program Assist Style Consultants during customer appointments to ensure Best in Class service Help plan and execute different store events and functions Qualifications Consistently act within the core values of Garmany while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude Contribute to a friendly, professional, confident, and helpful store environment Committed, reliable and punctual Ability to work in a team atmosphere and receive feedback from management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
