Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourage - Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories - Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping process, from initial consultation to final fitting - Offer expert advice on styles, fabrics, and alterations - Maintain a clean and organized showroom - Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely follow-up with customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bridal boutique
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service is preferred - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Passion for fashion and knowledge of current bridal trends - Ability to provide a positive and memorable experience for customers If you have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy helping brides find their perfect wedding dress, we would love to hear from you!
