Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and properly merchandised at all times Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management Stay updated with industry trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our store and products in the market Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fashion retail environment Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Passion for fashion, streetwear, and the latest trends Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills How to Apply:
