HABcore's Class C Boarding Home seeks PT residential staff for Saturday -Sunday 4pm-12 midnight.
Duties include client supervision, medication oversight, meal preparation.
$19.
00/hr to start with bonuses, matching 401K.
Flexibility preferred to help cover other shifts when in need.
Duties:
Supervise residents and attend to their needs in accordance with HABcore policies and procedures.
Prepare and serve food in a healthy manner for meal and snack times where applicable.
Ensure that the environment is clean, safe and healthy at all times.
Maintain daily residential log.
Interact with the residents in a courteous, caring and helpful manner.
Communicate with management.
Work cooperatively with management to provide quality services and ensure coverage at all times, covering additional shifts when needed.
Brief on-coming staff members to prepare them for upcoming shifts.
Utilize crisis intervention techniques and problem solving skills when needed and in conjunction with the management's instructions.
Perform tasks consistent with supervision of self-administration of medication if necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
