is seeking a FULL TIME experienced Receptionist to work in our Red Bank, New Jersey office.
The applicant must have 2 years' experience MINIMUM Primary responsibilities include:
Greets clients in prompt, courteous and professional manner Answers busy multi- line switchboard - Ensures messages are delivered and followed up in a timely manner Schedules use of conference room and prepares for meetings Orders lunch for meetings/birthdays Organizes annual holiday party Sends out email correspondence Maintains inventory, orders and organizes supplies Opens ,scans and distributes all incoming mail Creates overnight labels Places service calls when necessary File, fax , copy and scan documents Type correspondence, input data in spreadsheet Assists in keeping the office a clean and sanitary environment Take on tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must be professional, respectful and possess a friendly, upbeat demeanor with clients, professionals and coworkers Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel Excellent organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and flexible Must be punctual Must be able to work with different personalities and a true team player is a must Hours Monday -Friday 9:
