Helping the Logistics Department on their daily tasks.
Tracking vessels/shipments and data entry into our database.
Invoice input and submitting to the finance department.
Assisting the finance department with AP/AR questions/ liason between finance and traffic.
Inventory reconciliation Helping in the claims department to gather information and chase for missing data in order to file insurance claims.
Data input for insurance coverage.
Using Excel for data input.
Updating spreadsheets with new vendor rates.
